This policy covers lordsexch.com.co (the website) and the WhatsApp-based ID desk reached from it. Plain version first: we collect as little as we can run the desk with, we never sell data, and the sensitive part of the relationship — KYC and payments — happens on your WhatsApp thread, not on web forms.
What this website collects
- The pages you read and standard server logs (time, page, device type) served through our host. No account, no comment system, no advertising trackers, and no forms that ask for documents.
- When you tap a WhatsApp button you leave this site for WhatsApp; that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms plus what you choose to send us there.
What you share with the desk, and why
- KYC documents (government photo ID): to verify 18+ age and state eligibility before an ID is issued by a licensed state agent. Used for verification, not marketing.
- Payment references (UTR, screenshots): to reconcile deposits and withdrawals with your agent.
- Chat history: retained as the service record for your account — it is also your proof of agreed terms, so exports protect you as much as us.
Sharing
KYC and payment details are shared only with the issuing agent chain that operates your ID (admin, master, agent) and only to run your account. We do not sell personal data, publish player details, or hand lists to marketers. If law enforcement presents valid legal process, we comply as the law requires.
Your controls
- Ask on your thread what KYC is held for your ID, and request deletion when you close your account (agent settlement records may need to be kept for a period under applicable rules).
- Decline KYC and simply not proceed — without it no ID is issued, and a demo ID remains available with no documents at all.
Security basics we will always keep
We never ask for your platform password, UPI PIN or one-time codes, on any channel, ever. Anyone asking in our name is an impostor — report them via contact. Policy changes are dated on this page; the current version is 13 October 2026.
