These terms cover the use of lordsexch.com.co and the ID desk service reached through it. Using the site or opening an ID through the desk means you accept them. Betting itself happens on the Lords Exchange platform under its own rules; this desk issues access and support, it does not operate markets.
Eligibility
- Strictly 18+. One ID per person. Accounts in another person's name are closed without settlement disputes entertained.
- Players located in restricted states (including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim and Nagaland) cannot be onboarded. It is your responsibility to state your location honestly; ids issued on false information are void.
- It is your responsibility to understand the law that applies to you. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
IDs, deposits and withdrawals
- IDs are issued free by licensed state agents after KYC. Your deposit is your playing balance.
- Payment routes, minimums, limits and settlement windows for your account are the ones confirmed in writing on your WhatsApp thread before first funding. Where chat confirmations and this page differ for your account, the written confirmation governs.
- Deposits sent to details not confirmed on your thread for that transaction are outside our control and cannot be credited. Withdrawal "unlock fees" do not exist — report anyone demanding one.
Play and account integrity
- Keep your password exclusive. Activity on your ID is treated as yours; report suspected compromise immediately via contact for a reset.
- Abuse — including multi-accounting, coordinated manipulation of markets, or exploiting obvious pricing errors — can result in bet voiding and account closure under platform rules.
- Betting can lose money quickly. Responsible gaming limits set with the desk are honoured; ask for them before you need them.
